Staff portal records

Submitted inquiries and booking details may be stored in a private BattlePlan staff portal so authorized staff can review forms, manage leads, update notes, and track scheduled meetings.

Email and form delivery

Form submissions may be processed by Cloudflare and an email delivery or form relay provider so the message can be sent to BattlePlan. These providers process the information only as needed to deliver and operate the form workflow.

Local preferences

The website may store your light or dark mode preference in your browser using localStorage. This preference stays on your device and is used only to display the site in your chosen theme.

Sharing

BattlePlan does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, deliver messages, schedule meetings, or support BattlePlan services, or when required by law.

Data retention

BattlePlan keeps inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, provide services, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
